Sarah Holmes Studios creates and sells original artwork in the form of fine art prints, greeting cards and other products available through this website.

2. Products

We take great care to accurately represent our artwork through photographs and product descriptions.

Please note that:

  • Colours may vary slightly between your screen and the printed product due to differences in monitor settings and printing processes.

  • Product images are for illustration purposes only.

  • Frames and decorative accessories shown in photographs are not included unless stated otherwise.

3. Placing an Order

By placing an order, you confirm that:

  • You are at least 18 years old or have permission from a parent or guardian.

  • The information you provide is accurate and complete.

  • You are authorised to use the chosen payment method.

Once an order has been placed, you will receive an order confirmation by email.

This confirmation does not guarantee acceptance of the order. We reserve the right to decline or cancel an order where necessary.

4. Pricing

All prices displayed on this website are shown in GBP (£).

Prices may change without prior notice.

Any applicable taxes and delivery charges will be displayed during checkout before payment is completed.

5. Payment

Payment must be made in full before an order is processed.

Payments are handled securely through trusted third-party payment providers.

Sarah Holmes Studios does not store your full payment card details.

6. Delivery

Dispatch times may vary depending on product availability and order volume.

Estimated delivery times are provided as a guide only and cannot be guaranteed.

Once an order has been handed to the delivery service, Sarah Holmes Studios cannot be held responsible for delays caused by the courier.

Customers are responsible for ensuring their delivery address is accurate.

7. Damaged, Lost or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, incorrect or incomplete, please contact us as soon as possible after delivery.

Where appropriate, we may request photographs of the damaged item and packaging to assist with resolving the issue.

Depending on the circumstances, we may offer:

  • A replacement

  • A refund

  • Another suitable resolution

8. Returns and Refunds

We want you to be delighted with your purchase.

If you change your mind, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order.

Returned items should be:

  • Unused

  • In their original condition

  • Returned in suitable packaging

Unless the item is faulty or incorrect, customers are responsible for return postage costs.

Personalised or custom-made products cannot normally be returned unless they are faulty.

Refunds will be processed once returned items have been received and inspected.

9. Copyright

All artwork, images, illustrations, product photography, logos and content on this website remain the intellectual property of Sarah Holmes Studios unless otherwise stated.

Artwork may not be:

  • Copied

  • Reproduced

  • Distributed

  • Sold

  • Used commercially

  • Modified

without prior written permission.

Purchasing a print or greeting card does not transfer copyright ownership.

We make every effort to keep our website available and accurate.

However, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted access and reserve the right to modify or withdraw products, services or website content without notice.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Sarah Holmes Studios shall not be liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses arising from the use of this website or the purchase of products.

Nothing within these Terms excludes liability where such exclusion would be unlawful.
